it was stupid hot out today. halfway through i thought the rain was going to start, it was just barely sprinkling and then it stopped. boo. lots of lightening but it was pretty far away til the end, last two miles were the fastest on time i wanted to be done at be at home. calf still sore, extra rolling this morning and rest day tomorrow
