group training at YES/Bodies with Holly today. boxing :( sad face. it wasn't hard enough to be a good cardio workout, but not a strength workout either. i did like that we did a whole bunch of ab work in between rounds and to finish up. I asked what i could do to make the workout harder and she said i could punch harder...so next time i guess. really wasn't satisfied with it though
