whew, hard workout with Megan at YES today. did six sets of one minute for each rotation, a ropes station, ladder station and ab station. six different exercises. it was tough! then ended on a static squat and some arm raises....good workout. i was toast afterwards and my hammy's still hurt from the russian dead lifts we did on wednesday
