did the eight am stretch and foam rolling class which felt good. then did the free boot camp class. it was okay. partner would do a set cardio exercise like 1000 m rowing, 1 mile cycling, 10 flights of stairs...stuff like that, and other person would work as far as they could down the board, stuff like mountain climbers, jumping jacks, burpees, pushing the sled, ball slams....last set was abs. decent workout but it kind of depended on your partner how much work you got done
