one of the wackiest long runs Bec and I have ever done together. we started really late so the sun was out and it was hot right away. lots and lots of traffic around LS midmorning on a Saturday so we had to stop frequently and wait for cars or stoplights. then at mile ten we found a stray dog. we walked around carrying the dog for almost thirty minutes until finally we took it to C's house and called animal control. then we tried to finish out the run from there but we were so stiff around from the break.
