took Eliza with me to work out some of her energy and she did great the first two miles but then on the way back she saw the deer statue they put up and she lost her mind....ugh
i almost went four but my knee is feeling tender so just cut it short, eliza hasn't been out with me in weeks either so i figured it was better to keep things short for her
