good run today, even though my core is so completely sore from Fri's workout at YES
ran the loop and hope to stay at five miles daily this week, walking the three biggest hills right now. but it might be time to get out the garmin and take a look at my pace, there were times thi smorning i could tell i was running a bit fast for right now. i think if i slowed down some i could start running those tough hills and run a solid five miles
looking forward to working my mileage back up
