1. burpee 2. pushup 3 squats 4 pull ups 5 lunges 6 wall climbs 7 tricep extension 8 jumping jacks 9 glute bridges 10 inch worms

1, then 1 2, then 1, 2, 3, then 1,2 ,3,4...and so on. not a super hard workout. did it twice, in between did 1000 meters on the rowing machines. second time through was tougher, but not a super hard workout
