only did 8x400m with 400m jog recovery
all of this is aproximate since I didn't take my garmin out, my leg was bothering me and i didn't want to overdo it and injure it, so i just ran by feel and had a good run, although my leg is bothering me, especially during the easy recovery, during the interval i didn't feel it. did a good warm up did the intervals and ran home. good run and perfect morning all around. did have to stop and walk a few times because of slick spots on the roads where snow is melting
