wow, what a great run, really really great. it was cold and it was freezing rain yesterday, so the roads were clear but the trees and buds were all covered in ice! nuts. i felt great. i definitely could have easily knocked out three more miles today with no issues. i ran slower by myself, but did the same loop twice, once alone once with bec, the last four miles with bec were "fast" 9:08 average pace
