slow day. my quads are absolutely beat up and destroyed this morning. intervals on Wed, leg workout yesterday....i knew today's run would be slow. i almost scrapped the out and back and just ran easy but decided to at least give it a try. tomorrow's long run is going to be extra slow i think!!!
i did two miles to warm up, i could tell i needed it. and my first mile is normally super slow anyway. i haven't run a legit ten minute mile in a while!! man. my first miles were still to slow, even with the extra mile to warm up. but that's okay. i knew today was going to be off. i still finished strong so that is good. i have three weeks left of working on intervals with Jamel, so hopefully i'll see some nice improvement in my overall paces for the rest of the summer
