resistence bands with Kaylee today, four times running the length of the gym, four times backwards running to the net, three times each side side shuffles. then got a 35 lb plate and did speed squats, squat hold (60 sec) and jumping jacks with a squat with a jog , second set switched to a 25 lb plate. only two sets total
