didn't check my plan and didn't realize i was supposed to do a long 11 mile jog today and not a long aerobic 15 mile run....oh man. and i was tired today. eleven miles would have been nice, my legs are trashed from the week at the school and i felt terrible. and i tried a new electrolyte drink since i knew i was dehydrated and instead had horrible stomach cramps the whole way. awful.
