easier to do the hill workout on the treadmill this time than it was the first cycle, definitely helped knowing how it should feel after doing the workout outside. pouring down rain when i woke up this morning and i just didn't have it in my to head out, plus my toes are already covered in blisters and i don't need anymore right now!! the last hill workout it was drizzly and it made it slick so i didn't figure i would get as great of a workout anyway
