watch was over my sleeve so HR data is not accurate
my ankle started out pretty sore, i told myself if it got a lot worse i would turn around and call it a day, but even though it was not comfortable and kind of hurt, it didn't ever hurt worse, so i kept going on it. it was about mile eight when i was already on my way back to the car that it started to hurt worse, and by the time i got back to the car i was done
i got home, immediately did an ice bath for my lower leg, then alternated ice/heat the rest of the morning. it is currently wrapped up and very sore. will take at least two days off, but at least i got green for my team this week, that was my goal
