warmed up since we got there early with about eight strides down the length of the field with jogs back, felt good to warm up that way.

first half was legs, lunges and jogging mostly, then second half was arms and abs, all kinds of different things, toe touches, russian twists, planks (variety), push ups, fire hydrants, bird dogs....
