second try at the alterations workout, going on the mostly flat road back and forth over the damn definitely helped. wind did NOT help. ran faster and easier today, but still only did it four times. first and third miles were the hardest because the last quarter mile is uphill
i did take about ten seconds in between each mile to adjust and walk across the street, i took off my gloves, or rolled up my sleeves or something while i walked across to give myself just a few seconds of rest between each mile
