Hollly was running a cardio workout but Heather and I did the heavy weights day from Thursday instead. We started with some high pole snatch, then back squats, then glute bridges and an arm/chest thing. Single leg lunges and bat wings rounded things out. we also did 2000m on the rowing machine and 100 jumping jacks to end things out. good workout
