did a short workout before i ran with mom and Jay to wear my legs out a bit. I did three sets of three exercises and then ended with two sets of two ab exercises. did ten to fifteen reps depending on the weights. Jay only had tens and fifteens. I did bicep curls, shoulder press, push ups, squats, plank taps, russian twists, single leg RDLS, ....
