slept terrible last night so turned off my alarm and slept in this morning. didn't feel great today, but made myself get on the treadmill this afternoon. didn't think it would go well, but after i got warmed up i actually felt pretty good.
i did 15 min 1.5 mile warm up, then did five 4.00 minute intervals at 7:30 pace with three minute recovery jogs, then cool down for maybe ten minutes tops, started to feel some rubbing on my toe (that already has a large blister) so stopped short...i was planning to run about five minutes more to finish my cool down
