first HILLS workout for this plan. I was looking forward to the change, now i remember how hard hills can be!! could only make it up halfway for the second one, did two sets

two mile warm up jog

bound up hill, jog to recover

run down hill, jog to recover

three strides, jog to recover between each one

repeat

puppy slept much better last night and i feel better for it!
