three sets of twenty upright rows, shoulder press and bent over rows (15 lb kettlebell)

three sets of one minute each lateral arm raises, shoulder press and front arm raises (one set with eight pounds then dropped down to five)

then a whole bunch of one minute weightless arm circles, and claps and all kinds of stuff...
