just susan and i today,

four sets of running length of the gym and back with the sled

four sets of sled down and back the length of the gym with a 45 lb plate on it then 20 lb weight with squats and then russian twists

four sets of thirty each leg box step ups, fifteen each leg leg extensions and leg curls, increasing weight each set on the machines
