hard run, could tell legs were pretty wiped from the legs workout yesterday at Do Work. i forgot to switch the lap from one mile to a half mile on my watch so again, the stats aren't great, and i think it would have been very interesting to see the half mile splits. will definitely make sure i can do that next week. wind and hills really effect my pace!!
