workout at YES/bodies with another new trainer. we did heavy work today, supposed to only do six to eight reps of each exercise. really different but i liked it. also rotated with interval on the rowing machine. two minutes high resistence then two min low resistance as hard as we could, one minute to cool down. we did back squats, curls/press, single leg rdl's, pushups and one sit up exercise
