Group training at Bodies/YES with a new trainer through Bodies, Jen

didn't like her workout, cardio heavy. we warmed up on the treadmills. then did one cycle through ball throws, mountain climbers, burpees, and rows. then did two cycles through squat sits, lunges and glute bridges, then did two cycles of two ab exercises. no stretching afterwards....
