Jamel had all of the kids today and it was a bigger class. Megan was sick again. only three adults, but it turned out fine. we got 45 lb plates and did plate pushes bear crawl style, then jogging, then plate pushes with our side shuffle, jump squats and side shuffles...it was pretty tiring by the end of it all. no abs today, the kids were done, but good workout. legs definitely sore in the morning, especially inner thigh
