for some reason today's workout totally wore me out, probably because of my period, it was pretty heavy today

four boxes, two twelve inch and two eighteen inch

first set, only two times through, thirty seconds each, low squats, box step ups, pushups and dips

second set, three times through, thirty seconds each, high squats, dips, toe taps and plank walk ups
