holly ran the workout today at Bodies. she gave us two exercises and flipped a coin and we had to do one or the other (trick or treat) about a minute of each thing unless it was down and back in the parking lot. we had to row one thousand meters, tin soldiers and suicides and lunges outside, one minute each of burpees, wall sits, ball slams, plank jacks, rows on the fit wall....
