one on one with Jamel

one mile warm up jog

.1, .2, .3, .4 on the treadmill...sprints

in between each during my rest i did ten single leg step ups each leg with a ten lb weight

then running length of the gym with Jamel holding a resistance band around me. that was hard, especially the last one

then ab set, side plank crunches, side toe touches, twenty each side, four sets
