my memory is completely gone on this workout!!! i just can't remember what we did. we did a set of four exercises, four times. and then we went around twice in an ab circle and we did it all, flutter kicks, plank hold, iron cross hold, russian twists, toe touches....we did a lot! i just can't remember the set we did first. crazy
okay, memory is coming back, but still can't remember the last thing
