upper body, we did upright rows (25lbs) bent over rows (15 lb dumbbells for three sets, had to go down to ten lbs for the last set), assisted pull ups and i think there was one more thing but i can't remember

then i think we did an ab set....russian twists, knee tucks, supermans?? i can't remember
