becca had to bail, so i ran around lakewood...boring! but nice to be outside, except for the crazy wind. legs were tired and ihave been fighting a virus all week, just worn out this week, and with no one to talk to and motivate me i just couldn't add on two more miles once i got back to my neighborhood
