felt lightheaded and a little dizzy through most of the workout today so i didn't add weight to anything or use the bands for the fire hydrants

four sets of twenty five fire hydrants, sumo squats

four sets of twenty single leg glute bridge, double leg glute bridge, supermans

four sets of ten on each leg, curtsey lunge, skaters and alternating single leg rdls
