started with hurdles and I asked Jamel how I could make it harder on myself. He sent me over to get a kettlebell but then he came over and strapped my legs together with some bands, basically straps above my knees and two little bands that attached and provided some tension. made the hurdles much more difficult and I decided to keep them on the rest of the workout. squats with a push press were okay. fire hydrants were really hard. curl and row and then reverse lunges were not to hard. overall though, much better workout and very satisfying
