Great run, super cool this morning and it lead to great running. last time i did cut downs i did the sprint, jogged back the 100 and did the set of three then ran a 300 before starting the next full set of three. today i jogged a 300 inbetween each sprint, so i got more rest but also pushed the sprint much harder and i think overall it was a better workout. did four sets of three
