did a fifteen minute warm up followed by thirty five minutes of three minutes hard (7:30) and two minutes easy (10:00) and then a ten minute cool down
wierd treadmill and i didn't want to take forever to figure it out, so i just went with it, but i know i should have been able to do five minute intervals, but it felt like i was flying and i struggled to get each interval out. treadmill was probably a bit fast, or sleeping in the hotel really messed me up... but i don't think so. short on distance but it was a good workout
