i forgot to look up the workout. i remembered that i did at least three sets of three strides, each one faster than the previous.i think with a jog inbetween, i did one stride down the straight of the track, then jogged back, three times, then jog around the track, i repeated this four times but maybe it was five. i honestly lost track. the workout wasn't hard, the strides are so short....i ran the third stride of each set pretty hard....need to look this one up
