Workout with megan and the kids tonight, i don't like coming to the five oclock class because of the fact that it means i am always doing the kids workout, which is normally just cardio. today it was hurdles (the low foam ones) running/jumping/side shuffles... then we used them to do toe touches, squats, plank taps and bunny hops. then we sprinted a few times and did one short set of abs.
