i do not remember this well, pretty sure Hanalei came with me and met Gam at the park. S was a no show but Sandra came and visited about halfway through. i think i did pushups, skaters and maybe ball throws?? not sure, really can't remember but i did four sets of four things, i made hanalei keep count for me as i was working
