did a five minute warm up walk up the street, then started jogging. it was sore exactly where it has been sore. felt the same as my jog two weeks ago. didn't feel any better or any worse. during the "run" it didn't get worse or relax and feel better. came home and walked to cool down. then did leg swings and came inside and immediately foam rolled. did one set of glute bridges plus a glute hold and some light stretching
