i didn't plan the route, just went out a ways and then came back towards my car, but realized i would be short so circled around and ended up being a bit long. i was hoping to run between 11 and 12 and ended up getting over 12. legs were tired so walked one hill, but otherwise it was a good run. home now and very tired, should have foam rolled but didn't and legs are already sore
