thunderstorms this morning and mil in my basement, had to wait til after dinner to do my run, never my best time of day. thought that RW told me to do the 800 in three minutes, which i did not do...but this site is saying 4 minutes and i hit pretty close to that, so guess i am doing ok....nervous as all get out for this weekend
