small class so Jamel just took everyone in one class. still only five of us. we did sleds, the adults had a 45 lb weight and wepushed it eight lengths of the whole field. exhausting!! but as he said...just like a hill sprint! then we used the bands and did rows and various cardio in between sets then we did side plank crunches, 100 each side
