the actual workout part of this run was great, good sprinting felt good after each one. the warm up/cool down part however was soooooo slow. very sluggish getting in the miles this morning. was even planning to do a full hrs run and just headed home after a bit because i was running so slow. and it was so humid outside the air was absolutely stagnant...disgusting. getting concerned about next weekend's half marathon
