pretty easy workout today, lots of guests and class was huge. we did the low hurdles, bunny hops, one foot run, two foot run, side shuffles...all of that sort of thing with a run down to the net and back before your next turn, it was pretty easy for me, i could jog like that for an hour. then we did some abs, four sets of twenty five russian twists and twenty five toe touches. i did three sets of hamstring work at the end
