after the initial UGH it was actually okay, and since i was inside i went ahead and did some extra squats and some of my old PT stuff, feel okay today though, i guess the extra rest days helped me out this week....wondering if i should stick to three days a week of running or try to up it to four days....three days feels like a waste of time, like i can't make any traction...four days feels like i am at least trying ot get back into shape...but fours seems to catch up to me so that my leg eventually hurts and three days seems like i can run without pain
