rare and welcome arms day, but it was very short. one set of six exercises (four sets for thirty seconds each station) we did chest press, pushups, rows, upright rows, dips and a shoulder thing that we pulled down. we were going to do abs but then got to talking and ended up just stretching. pretty light day. don't think Jamel has been feeling well this week
