not great, after my warm up i started feeling that woozy about to faint feeling. i got back on and walked for a bit then pushed the pace to a 7:30 (supposed to be running close to a 7:10) after a mile or two i stopped and walked for just a bit then ran again, pretty sure i was able to make it to the 4.5 miles i was supposed to but i had to stop during it, oh well...i got it mostly done anyway
