such a hard run, every pick up was a hard effort. it really took it out of me today. even considering skipping my run tomorrow so i have a chance at having a good out and back on friday. maybe i need a day off this week. no running, no training.
super humid and windy today. when the trees were blocking the wind i was boiling in my own skin, when the wind was hitting me it was that much more resistence! ugh
